Also available is our optional insultaion package that enhances the energy efficiency of any Katahdin and Highlander log home.  Included are tongue and groove cedar interior walls and 1 inch styrofoam sheeting, sandwiched between the interior and exterior walls.  A bead of caulk is run on the outside edge of each log tongue, which guarantees a tight seal from both cold or hot temperatures.
